4. Cookies:
We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your
browser automatically creates and that are stored on your
device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our
site. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device, do not
contain viruses, trojans, or other malware.
Information is stored in the cookie that results in connection
with the specific device used. However, this does not mean
that we gain direct knowledge of your identity.
The use of cookies serves to make the use of our website
statistically recorded and evaluated for the purpose of
optimizing our offer for you. These cookies allow us to
automatically recognize that you have previously visited our
site when you visit again. These cookies are automatically
deleted after a defined period.
The data processed by cookies are necessary for the purposes
mentioned to safeguard our legitimate interests as well as
those of third parties according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f
GDPR.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can
configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your
computer or a notice always appears before a new cookie is
created. Complete deactivation of cookies may, however, mean
that you cannot use all functions of our website.
5. YouTube:
We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering
that are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played
directly from our website. These are all embedded in "enhanced
privacy mode", which means that no data about you as a user is
transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only
when you play the videos, the data mentioned in paragraph 2
will be transmitted. We have no influence on this data
transmission.
By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that
you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website.
This happens regardless of whether YouTube provides a user
account through which you are logged in or whether no user
account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will
be directly associated with your account. If you do not want
the association with your profile on YouTube, you must log out
before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as
usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising,
market research and/or the needs-based design of its website.
Such an evaluation takes place in particular (even for users
who are not logged in) to provide demand-oriented advertising
and to inform other users of the social network about your
activities on our website. You have the right to object to the
creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact
YouTube to exercise this right.
Further information on the purpose and scope of data
collection and its processing by YouTube can be found in the
privacy policy. There you will also receive further
information about your rights and setting options to protect
your privacy:
https://www.google.de/intl/en/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has
submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield,
https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
6. Use of DoubleClick by Google:
Through the integration of YouTube (Section 5), the online
marketing tool DoubleClick by Google is also used. DoubleClick
is a product of Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/en/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA;
hereinafter "Google"). DoubleClick uses cookies to serve ads
that are relevant to users, improve campaign performance
reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads
multiple times. Through a cookie ID, Google tracks which ads
are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from
being displayed multiple times. In addition, DoubleClick can
use cookie IDs to collect conversions related to ad requests.
This is the case, for instance, when a user sees a DoubleClick
ad and later visits the advertiser's website with the same
browser and makes a purchase there. According to Google,
DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically
establishes a direct connection with Google's server. We have
no influence on the extent and further use of the data
collected through the use of this tool by Google and therefore
inform you according to our level of knowledge: By integrating
DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have
accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on
an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google
service, Google can associate your visit with your account.
Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged
in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and
store your IP address.
You can prevent participation in this tracking process in
various ways:
-
By setting your browser software accordingly, in particular,
suppressing third-party cookies will result in you not
receiving ads from third-party providers;
-
By deactivating cookies for conversion tracking by setting
your browser to block cookies from the domain
www.googleadservices.com,
https://www.google.de/settings/ads, whereby this setting will be deleted when you clear your
cookies;
-
By deactivating the interest-based ads of providers that are
part of the self-regulatory campaign "About Ads" via the
link
http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted when you clear your
cookies;
-
By permanently deactivating in your Firefox, Internet
Explorer, or Google Chrome browsers via the link
http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We would like to point out that in this case you may not
be able to use all functions of this offer to their full
extent.
The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S.
1 lit. f GDPR. Further information about DoubleClick by Google
can be found at
http://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2839090, as well as about data protection at Google in general:

necessary to store your IP address. This information is
usually transferred to an OpenStreetMap server and stored
there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data
transfer. The use of OpenStreetMap is in the interest of an
appealing presentation of our online offers and to facilitate
finding the locations we have specified on the website. This
represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6
Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. More information about the handling of
user data can be found in the OpenStreetMap privacy policy and
here
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Legal_FAQ.

by older browsers. For this purpose, the service queries and

consent given to us at any time. This has the consequence
that we may no longer continue the data processing based on
this consent for the future and
-
In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, to complain to a
supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the

interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, you

data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR insofar as there are grounds
arising from your particular situation or the objection is
directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you
have a general right to object, which will be implemented by
us without specifying a particular situation. If you would
like to exercise your right of revocation or objection, simply
send an email to
info@hanseatiq.de.
11. Data Security:
We use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in
connection with the highest encryption level supported by your
browser during visits to our website. Usually, this is a
256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit
encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether a
single page of our website is encrypted for transmission can
be seen from the closed display of the key or lock symbol in
the status bar of your browser. We also use appropriate
technical and organizational security measures to protect your
data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial
or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third
parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in
